Standard Resources Fund is a Calgary, Alberta based private Mutual Fund specializing in the acquisition and production of oil and gas properties.
Our philosophy is simple; provide superior value to our investors while operating with corporate transparency, integrity, and compliance.
Our team adheres to stringent internal control procedures in evaluating the worthiness of an investment. First, an opportunity
is identified by Standard Resources Inc., General Partner. Secondly, an investment feasibility analysis is conducted by the trustee. Lastly, if the opportunity fits
within the Fund's mandate than capital is deployed and the asset is acquired.
Jeremy Cheyne is currently the Trustee of the Standard Resources Fund. He utilizes the management team of Standard Resources Inc. (General Partner) for administration and technical support.

Mr. Jeremy Cheyne (President and CEO)
Mr. Cheyne pursued his undergraduate studies in Accounting at Western Michigan University before receiving his Master’s of Business Administration from the University
of Calgary. Mr. Cheyne spent a number of years working as a public auditor prior to moving into the oil and gas industry where he has held various senior and executive
level roles with both publicly traded and private exploration entities. In 2008, Mr. Cheyne was named one of oil and gas’s "rising stars" by Oilweek Magazine. Mr. Cheyne
serves as a board member for Standard Capital Partners Inc. and Titan Energy Inc.
Mr. Michael Fung (Executive VP and COO)
Mr. Fung received a Bachelor of Science degree (Double major in applied Geophysics and Geology) from the University of Alberta in 1979. As the co-founder of Vigilant
Exploration Inc., Mr. Fung (with his executive team) successfully raised $40 MM in capital and drilled 16 wells throughout 2004-2008. Mr. Fung has extensive experience
in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and has also participated in projects throughout North Africa, Vietnam, Mexico and China. He has worked in varying capacities
for Anderson Exploration, Devon Canada, AGIP Canada, Trinoco Exploration Inc., Double Star Energy, Coho Resources, and Standard Resources Inc.
Mr. Michael Lausch (VP Business Development)
Mr. Lausch has previous experience in the Oil and Gas industry with Cathedral Energy and Phoenix Technology where he took part in overseeing the onsite engineering
of well development for many major oil and gas companies throughout Canada and Europe.
Mr. Ben Knopp (Investor Relations Manager)
Mr. Knopp spent a number of years playing professional hockey before joining the sell-side investment industry. Mr. Knopp has utilized his extensive
network to assemble a sizable book of sophisticated investors. Most recently, Mr. Knopp managed the Retail Sales business for Standard Capital Partners Inc.
