With another season of minor hockey upon us, Standard Resources Fund is diving deep into local hockey with the return of the AM770 Minor Hockey Road Show
that brings all the thrills, chills, excitement, and hype of a Professional experience to our local Atom hockey heroes, their parents, and coaches!
For twelve lucky Atom division teams this hockey season the Professional spotlight will be on them in 6 different games with pre-game musical production,
individual player introductions before the game, music between periods and whistles plus an AM770 on-air personality announcing all the goals, assists, and penalties.

The Dogie Do Rodeo is held the first Saturday of Stampede each year. This year plan on attending the
21st annual on Saturday, July 3, 2010. Participate in real live rodeo action such as the Wriggle-on,
Barn Dance, etc, etc. Too much fun to describe on a Web Page.
All the money raised goes to Big Sisters/Big Brothers.
Established in 1962, the Canadian Progress Club - Calgary Downtown is a community based public service organization
dedicated to "Enhancing the quality of life of all Canadians, through community service, in the spirit of fellowship"

Exile Island, Alberta’s premier pledge raising fundraiser, is brought to you by the
Children’s Wish Foundation, Canada’s authority on wish granting having served over 14,000 children.
Tribes of ten people are exiled to Riley Park in Calgary Alberta for an afternoon of challenges,
friendly competition and fun to determine who will become Albert’s ultimate survivor!
In its inaugural year (2009), Exile Island - Calgary raised $158,000 and last year the event raised an additional $117,000 for the Children's Wish Foundation. This will be Standard's
third year participating in the event.
